Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH), designed to increase the body’s natural production of human growth hormone (HGH). Originally FDA-approved for reducing abdominal fat in HIV-associated lipodystrophy, Tesamorelin is now being studied for broader applications in visceral fat reduction, metabolic function, and anti-aging.
Unlike synthetic HGH injections, Tesamorelin stimulates the body’s own production of growth hormone—working in harmony with natural physiological feedback loops.
Stimulates the pituitary gland to release endogenous growth hormone (GH)
Promotes lipolysis (fat breakdown) and reduces visceral adipose tissue (VAT)
Preserves lean muscle mass and supports recovery
Improves metabolic flexibility and insulin sensitivity
🔥 Targeted Visceral Fat Loss – Especially effective for reducing deep abdominal fat 💪 Muscle-Sparing Fat Burn – Helps preserve lean mass during fat loss phases 🧠 Improved Cognitive Function – Shown in studies to support memory and brain health 🧬 Supports Healthy Aging – GH optimization aids tissue repair, skin elasticity, and vitality 🩺 Better Metabolic Markers – Shown to improve triglyceride levels and glucose control
